Job summary

Responsibilities

• Keep the production machines in optimal conditions
• Lead the team of maintenance technicians to respond in a timely manner to maintenance needs of production machinery
• Actively participate in the training of new staff
• Monitor compliance of TPM ranges and maintain updated ranges across operations
• Promote and properly utilize quality, environment and safety systems and procedures
• Prepare requisitions for personnel in the assigned area
• Participate in and evaluate machine failures and root causes
• Comply with policies and procedures related to IATF 16949 and related standards
• Comply with ISO 14001 in line with company EHS matrix and roles
