Qualifications

• Engineering degree in Manufacturing, Industrial, Mechatronics, Electrical, Mechanical or similar.
• +5 years in Automotive Industry.
• +5 years knowledge in manufacturing area.
• +5 Year knowledge in assembly areas.
• +5 Year knowledge in machining process.

Responsibilities

• Lead lean manufacturing initiatives and continuous improvement of production.
• Ensure customer satisfaction, product profitability, and employee safety.
• Develop manufacturing strategy for supplier selection, validation and start-up.
• Estimate capital investments for new projects in machinery, layout and staffing.
• Coordinate project start-up, validation and client release.
• Participate in global manufacturing council workshops.
• Standardize processes and support ISO14001/45001/50001.

POSITION SUMMARY

Responsible for process control according to the company's key metrics, development and selection of machinery suppliers, facilities and new project start-ups, continuous improvement, implementation of BorgWarner's Production System, production cost reduction projects, personnel development and training. Plans, organizes and directs maintenance, manufacturing, quality and production engineering to meet the company's objectives. It is responsible for general management, coordination, evaluation and continuous improvement of production. Develops and executes world-class manufacturing strategies to achieve operational excellence. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring and training employees, planning, assigning and orienting activity, evaluating performance, rewarding employees and discipline, addressing grievances and resolving problems.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• It leads to the successful execution of a lean manufacturing business, which requires a strong continuous improvement of product manufacturing, time and change.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction, product profitability and employee safety, morale and development.
• Encourage and develop teamwork, cooperation and openness with the empowerment concepts of employees.
• Development of Manufacturing strategy for selection of suppliers of new machinery, validation, startup and process control.
• Estimation of the capital necessary for investment in new projects, for Machinery, Layout, Personnel and Shifts needed.
• To assure the correct starting, validation and official liberation of the client of new projects in time and form.
• Active and effective participation in global manufacturing council workshops.
• Optimization of Capex/Capod capital Meet the bouget for the new projects Flawless lunch Increase the efficiency.
