Jabil is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee and coordinate daily production activities in a manufacturing environment. You will lead a team, ensure plans are followed, and drive quality and safety standards.

The role requires strong communication, coaching, and leadership abilities, with a track record of improving throughput and reducing waste. You will work cross-functionally with other departments to achieve production goals.

Formación

• Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a manufacturing or production setting.
• Strong abilities in Activity Coordination, with a demonstrated capacity to organize and manage complex tasks.
• Excellent Coaching skills, with a track record of developing and motivating teams.
• Exceptional Communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely.
• Demonstrated Leadership qualities, including the ability to inspire, guide, and direct a team towards common goals.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in relevant production software and tools is a plus.
• A strong commitment to safety and quality.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate daily production schedules and activities, ensuring adherence to plans and deadlines.
• Monitor production processes to identify and resolve issues, optimizing workflow and efficiency.
• Provide coaching and mentorship to production team members, fostering skill development and a positive work environment.
• Communicate effectively with team members, management, and other departments regarding production status, challenges, and solutions.
• Implement and enforce company policies and procedures, including safety regulations and quality standards.
• Lead and motivate the production team to achieve established targets for output, quality, and safety.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes and reduce waste.
• Prepare and present production reports, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement.
