Formación

• Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within manufacturing or production.
• Strong abilities in activity coordination and task management.
• Excellent coaching skills with a track record of developing teams.
• Exceptional communication skills, verbal and written.
• Demonstrated leadership to inspire and direct a team toward goals.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in relevant production software and tools (a plus).
• Strong commitment to safety and quality.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate daily production schedules and activities, ensuring adherence to plans and deadlines.
• Monitor production processes to identify and resolve issues, optimizing workflow and efficiency.
• Provide coaching and mentorship to production team members, fostering skill development and a positive work environment.
• Communicate effectively with team members, management, and other departments regarding production status, challenges, and solutions.
• Implement and enforce company policies and procedures, including safety regulations and quality standards.
• Lead and motivate the production team to achieve established targets for output, quality, and safety.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes and reduce waste.
• Prepare and present production reports, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement.
