Flextronics - The Flex Company in Guadalajara, Mexico seeks a Production Manager to lead manufacturing operations on the South Campus. You will oversee production schedules, budgets, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products on time.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree, 5+ years in operations, and strong people management skills to drive process improvements and meet cost and quality targets for diverse product lines.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; 5+ years of operations experience.
• Advanced people and/or process management skills.
• Knowledge of multiple functional technologies/processes and interdependencies across the site.

Responsabilidades

• Guide department activities to support new product design and production.
• Plan projects by exploring technology trends and market demand.
• Collaborate with management, production and marketing to address feasibility, cost, and customer demand.
