Flex is seeking a Production Supervisor in Guadalajara South to lead production lines in a highly technical electronics environment. Reporting to the Import/Export Manager, you will develop and execute QA programs to prevent defects and ensure product quality.

You will manage a team, monitor performance, and drive improvements with engineers, coaching staff to meet cost, delivery, and quality targets while maintaining a safe workplace.

Formación

• Bachelor degree is required.
• English: intermediate level.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee production across multiple processes/lines in a high-tech environment.
• Manage a team of professionals to meet quality, cost, delivery, and responsiveness targets.
• Monitor plant performance and advise on improvements to efficiency and quality.
• Troubleshoot operational problems and guide resolution.
• Coach operators and junior supervisors to enhance capability.
• Collaborate with engineers to develop plant improvement projects.
• Provide technical/operational guidance to project teams.
