Flextronics - The Flex Company seeks an Operations Manager for Guadalajara, North Campus. You will oversee staffing, inventory, and cross-site coordination to sustain operational excellence.

The role reports to the Production Manager and requires driving standardization of procurement, production, and engineering services. Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree in industrial/electronics/mechatronics and have solid PCM/PCBA experience, plus strong Lean/5S knowledge and leadership capabilities.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial, electronics engineering or mechatronics.
• Strong experience in a similar role in electronics manufacturing.
• Solid knowledge of SMT processes and backend.
• Lean Manufacturing and 5S knowledge.
• Experience with PCBA and production planning.

Responsabilidades

• Manage staffing and inventory for production lines.
• Coordinate with departments andFlex sites to drive excellence.
• Set procurement, production and engineering service policies.
• Ensure ISO and safety standards are followed.
• Report to Senior Management in weekly operations reviews.
• Coach and mentor operations team.
