Flextronics - The Flex Company in Guadalajara, South Campus, is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead manufacturing operations across multiple lines, ensuring volume, quality, and cost goals are met.

You will coach operators, review performance, drive improvements with engineers, manage schedules, and ensure safety and compliance. BA/BS or equivalent, plus experience in electronics manufacturing and ERP systems like BAAN/SAP, are required. Intermediate English a plus.

Formación

• BA/BS or equivalent work experience.
• Experience as Production Supervisor in electronics manufacturing.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Experience with production control systems (serials, flows, traceability).
• Knowledge of SMT processes and mechanical assemblies.
• Experience with BAAN/SAP or similar ERP.
• Proficient in English is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Direct manufacturing operations for a shift or group of production lines.
• Lead a team of professionals to meet quality, cost, delivery, and responsiveness targets.
• Review daily plant performance and implement improvements.
• Coach operators to improve performance and understanding.
• Participate in process development and cost improvement projects.
• Ensure safety and compliance, train personnel.
