Job summary

Avnet, a global technology distributor, seeks a Product Support Specialist in Tlaquepaque, Mexico. You will support the Semi Product Organization with quote prep, backlog processing, and pricing block orders while maintaining records and collaborating with multiple teams.

The role requires at least two years of related experience, a high school diploma, and strong communication and problem-solving skills. Fluency in more than one language is a plus in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide quote preparation, backlog processing, and support to product team members.
• Identify, investigate, and participate in opportunities to improve processes and procedures, including KPIs.
• Ensure good supplier relations and resolve claims and complaints fairly and effectively.
• Maintain and update electronic and/or hard copy records as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
