Job summary

Avnet is seeking a detail-oriented professional to support the Semi Product Organization in renewing ship and debit pricing block orders and releasing pricing blocks. This role emphasizes accuracy and timely collaboration with the product team.

The ideal candidate has at least two years of related experience and a High School Diploma, with strong problem solving and multitasking abilities to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must have computer, email, phone, communication and problem solving skills.
• Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment.
• May require fluency in more than one language.

Responsibilities

• May provide quote preparation, backlog processing, and/or other such support to product team members.
• May identify, investigate, and participate in opportunities to improve processes and procedures, to include various key performance metrics.
• Ensures that good supplier relations are maintained and claims and complaints are resolved fairly, and effectively.
• Maintains and updates electronic and/or hard copy records as required.
• Other duties as assigned.
