Avnet LLC is seeking an Inside Sales Representative in Tlaquepaque, Jalisco, to blend sales and technical knowledge for building trusted customer relationships across an active account base. You will respond to inquiries, develop quotes, and coordinate with product and supplier teams to ensure accurate pricing and timely deliveries.

Ideal candidates have at least two years of related experience, strong Excel skills, and a working knowledge of SAP/ERP and related tools, enabling effective

• Minimum two years of related experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Intermediate knowledge of SAP, ERP and order management.
• Working knowledge of Excel for problem solving, analysis and data manipulation.

Responsabilidades

• Delivers solutions or finds opportunities to provide a positive customer experience using sound judgment and sales methods.
• Initiates and answers sales inquiries from prospective or existing customers to promote product offerings and capabilities.
• Responds promptly to information requests and provides accurate quotes and pricing when needed.
• Monitors sales activities through the process to meet customer requirements from initial contact to order fulfillment.
• Coordinates with internal teams and suppliers to align inventories, lead times and pricing.
