Lever, Inc. is seeking a Product Owner for Matchmaking & Relationship based in Mexico.

You will own the post-purchase product experience, driving activation, matching quality, relevance, and engagement for paying customers. You’ll collaborate with engineers, designers, analysts, and data scientists to test hypotheses, run experiments, and iterate based on results, shaping a discovery-driven product where user matching quality leads growth.

Formación

• Hands-on B2C product management experience focused on customer experience and activation/onboarding.
• Experience with discovery-driven products that involve large volumes of offers or matches.
• Strong ability to formulate hypotheses, define requirements, and measure impact.
• Experience driving product delivery from concept through launch and iteration.

Responsabilidades

• Own the post-purchase customer journey to achieve quality matches quickly.
• Optimize offer volume and presentation to avoid overwhelming or underserving users.
• Improve recommendation relevance and customer trust across the experience.
• Increase the volume and quality of relevant invitations to paying customers.
• Improve first-week match quality for new customers.
• Design engagement mechanisms such as gamification, nudges, reminders, and reactivation features.
• Analyze matching parameters using segmentation and personalization to improve discovery.
• Identify bottlenecks and growth opportunities with data and research.
• Translate opportunities into hypotheses with defined success metrics.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, analysts, and data/ML specialists.
• Manage requirements, priorities, and timelines for predictable delivery.
• Conduct A/B tests and scale effective improvements.
