Jobgether SRL, on behalf of a partner company, is seeking a Product Owner (Recommendation Systems) based in Mexico. You will own the post-purchase customer experience, focusing on activation, relevance, matching, and personalized recommendations to help paying customers reach meaningful value quickly.

You'll collaborate with engineering, design, analytics, and data/ML teams to run experiments, design gamification and nudges, and translate opportunities into testable hypotheses with measurable

Formación

• Experience delivering B2C products with focus on activation and first-session experiences.
• Experience with discovery-driven products with large catalogs or listings.
• Understanding of search, feed relevance, matching systems and personalization.
• Experience in segmentation and enriching offers/listings with data.

Responsabilidades

• Own post-purchase journey focusing on activation, matching, relevance and value realization.
• Optimize offer volume and recommendation quality for relevant, non-overwhelming results.
• Improve relevance and trust in recommendations and increase invitations reaching paying customers.
• Increase likelihood of quality matches for new customers within first week.
• Design and improve engagement mechanics (gamification, nudges, reminders, conversations).
• Analyze matching parameters across user segments and apply segmentation and personalization.
• Identify bottlenecks and growth opportunities using data and research.
• Translate opportunities into testable hypotheses with measurable outcomes.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, analysts, and data/ML teams to develop and test improvements.
• Manage requirements, priorities and timelines for predictable delivery.
• Run A/B tests and product experiments; analyze results and iterate based on data.
