Job summary

Clara is seeking a Product Lead, Verticals (Core Cards & Stablecoins) to drive the evolution of our card processing infrastructure and oversee stablecoin-powered payment flows across Travel, Fleet, and Corporate Cards.

You will partner with card processors, network partners, and internal engineers to build scalable issuing capabilities, card lifecycles, settlement, and crypto rails while leveraging AI for rapid iteration.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English and Spanish communication skills.
• 5+ years in product management, product engineering, or a hybrid building role with a track record of shipping.
• Hands-on experience with stablecoins, crypto payment rails, or blockchain settlement systems.
• Strong fintech/domain experience with card issuing or payment networks (e.g., Mastercard/Visa).
• Technical fluency with web architectures and Github workflows.
• Experience or interest in AI tools to automate workflows and prototype quickly.
• Strong data literacy with SQL and dashboard analysis.
• Excellent communication for cross-functional alignment.
• Adaptability and a builder mindset.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve Clara's card processing infrastructure (issuing, card flows, clearing, settlement).
• Own discovery and execution for stablecoin-powered payment flows integrated into core card infra.
• Translate vertical needs (Travel, Fuel/Fleet, Corporate Cards) into durable platform capabilities.
• Prototype and ship concepts rapidly using AI; contribute code via Github for configs and simple UI updates.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Finance, Compliance, and external providers to deliver solutions.
• Define and track core platform metrics and inform long-term roadmaps with data.
