Clara is seeking a Product Lead for the Black Card portfolio to own the global strategy and P&L for its premium corporate card line. You will shape benefits, manage networks, and collaborate with finance and commercial teams to drive revenue growth.

You will lead partnerships with providers and coordinate with Mastercard on World Elite features, while ensuring local relevance across Latin American markets. Strong data, analytics, and cross-functional leadership are essential.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in product management, with card/premium benefits experience.
• Demonstrated P&L ownership or strong commercial management experience.
• Deep knowledge of corporate or premium card benefit structures and networks.
• Technical fluency with GitHub and AI tooling to prototype ideas.
• Strong data literacy with SQL and dashboard analysis.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, bridging teams.

Responsabilidades

• Own the global P&L for Clara's Black Card product line and drive revenue and cost management.
• Define and execute global benefits strategy across travel, lounge access, insurance, and concierge.
• Lead negotiations with external providers and collaborate with Mastercard on World Elite features.
• Roll out benefits across Mexico, Colombia, Brazil with scalable infrastructure.
• Conduct customer discovery with high-value accounts to validate adoption and retention.
• Use SQL/Metabase to analyze performance and inform decisions.
