Job summary

The role requires 7+ years in product management, strong analytical and communication skills, and a background in computer science or engineering.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
• 7+ years of experience in product management.
• Proven track record delivering complex technical products in an agile environment.
• Knowledge of SWIFT is preferred.
• Experience with cloud platforms and APIs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the 'working backwards' vision and documentation for feature releases.
• Identify platform capability gaps and define new initiatives to address them.
• Use research, user studies, metrics, and competitive analysis to inform platform and business requirements.
• Conduct competitive feature reviews to guide prioritization within platform releases.
• Drive innovation and run test-and-learn experiments to deliver high-value features.
• Partner with business teams to conduct customer research that shapes platform feature needs.
• Translate business requirements into clear platform feature definitions.
