Flex is looking for a Product Engineer in the Aguascalientes Campus to manage receiving, evaluating, and customizing customer technical information for new products or changes, establishing manufacturing processes while preserving design and performance integrity.

The role involves supporting the CFT and Production areas, coordinating engineering tests for validation, and driving improvements to boost quality and production yield, with strong English and communication skills.

Formación

• Clear and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Handle product transfer and new product set up.
• Direct support to CFT and Production area.
• Plan and execute engineering testing for validation in molding and assembly areas.
• Suggest process improvements to improve quality and yield.
• Resolve product-related issues and perform failure analysis.
• Interact with customers and departments on product issues.
• Perform BOM scrubbing and ECO implementation.
