Flex is a diversified manufacturing partner of choice located in Aguascalientes, Mexico. We seek a Process Engineer to drive cost, quality, and delivery improvements within a high-tech electronics manufacturing environment.

The role requires hands-on process development, ECO handling, and cross-functional collaboration to optimize manufacturability and throughput. English proficiency and IPC/IATF/PPAP familiarity are valued. Training and development are available.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience and training.
• Full experience in engineering in the high technology electronics industry or related area.
• Full experience with PCBA Knowledge in Excel.
• Conversational English.
• Previous experience in similar roles (Electronics Industry).
• Experience in NPI and Mass Production.
• Knowledge of control and fix systems.
• IPC knowledge.
• IATF knowledge is a plus.
• PPAP process knowledge is a plus.
• SolidWorks proficiency.
• Automation knowledge Knowledge in PLCS.

Responsabilidades

• Define, implement and evaluate proposed designs and processes for manufacturability.
• Identify root causes of failures in the manufacturing process.
• Develop, implement and take ownership of process control methodologies.
• Review processing methods and transfer to production.
