Flextronics - The Flex Company is seeking a Process Engineering Technician in Aguascalientes to support the manufacturing engineering team. The role involves line design, car kits design, training, continuous improvement, failure analysis, repair and rework of units, and line tune up.

• Experience in failure analysis and problem solving.
• Experience with line standardization for production lines.
• Knowledge of traceability systems and data capture.
• Basic Excel knowledge for data tracking and reporting.
