Flex is looking for a Product Engineer in the Aguascalientes Campus to manage receiving, evaluating, and customizing customer technical information for new products or changes, establishing manufacturing processes while preserving design and performance integrity.

The role involves supporting the CFT and Production areas, coordinating engineering tests for validation, and driving improvements to boost quality and production yield, with strong English and communication skills.

• Interact with customers and departments on product issues.
• Perform BOM scrubbing and ECO implementation.

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Product Engineer located in Aguascalientes Campus. The Product Engineer is responsible for receiving, evaluating, cleaning, and customizing all technical information/documentation from the customer related to their product, derived from a New Product Introduction (NPI) or a design change, to establish all necessary processes to manufacture it while maintaining its design and performance integrity.

What a typical day looks like

• Handle product transfer and new product set up.
• Direct support to CFT and Production area.
• Follow‑up, execution and planning of Engineering testing in terms of validation process in Molding and Assembly areas.
• Suggest improvements to process to obtain improved quality and production yield.
• Solve product related problems and perform failure analysis related to product issues.
• Interact with customer and various departments on product related issues.
• BOM scrubbing.
• ECO Implementation.
