Flex Ltd in Guadalajara, Mexico, seeks a Product Engineer to support transfer, new product setup, and production-line issue resolution. The role focuses on improving quality and yield, documenting engineering data, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

You will work with design and production teams, interpret drawings, manage BOMs, and drive design changes to meet specifications and customer needs.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Experience in similar role with involvement in BOM’s processes and product stages.
• English advanced fluency.
• Experience having direct contact with clients serving as strategic partner.
• Create and modify 3D models and 2D engineering drawings.
• Define product specifications, dimensions, tolerances, and materials.
• Strong experience in mechanical/product design.
• Experience with CAD software such as SolidWorks / Flex Flow.
