Flextronics - The Flex Company in Guadalajara, North Campus, is seeking a Product Engineer to manage incoming customer information and ensure manufacturing readiness for New Product Introductions and design changes. You will coordinate with design, manufacturing, and supply chain to define processes, evaluate BOMs, and drive quality improvements on the production line.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Experience with BOM processes and product stages.
• Knowledge of SMT & assembly processes is important.
• NPI experience would be a plus.
• Advanced English is required.
• Experience with direct client interaction as a strategic partner.
