Flextronics - The Flex Company in Juarez is seeking an Industrial Engineer to join our manufacturing teams. You will coordinate process planning during NPI, analyze layouts and throughput, and implement improvements to reduce waste and cost.

Proficiency in AutoCAD and knowledge of Lean/Kaizen methodologies are required, with English communication skills for cross-functional collaboration. You will help optimize production planning and control, participate in capacity analysis, and work with

Responsibilities

• During NPI coordinates process planning and setup with respect to takt, cycle time and direct labor requirement.
• Reviews results during prototyping and trial runs and gives feedback to NPI and sales team.
• Examines staff utilization, facility layout, and operational data to define efficient utilization of workers and equipment.
• Recommends methods for improving worker efficiency and reducing waste of materials and utilities.
• Confers with management and engineering staff to implement plans and recommendations.
• May develop management systems for cost reviews and wage/salary administration.
• Develops management control systems to aid in financial planning and cost reviews, and design production planning and control systems.
