Job summary

Flextronics - The Flex Company in Juarez Sur seeks a Product Engineer to support product transfers, new product setup, and production line issues. You will analyze engineering problems, assist with design interactions, and contribute to quality and yield improvements.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree, intermediate English, and preferably electronics experience. You will collaborate with multiple teams and participate in cost-reduction initiatives while applying approved processes.

• Requires a bachelor’s degree.
• Experience in Electronics is desirable.
• Intermediate English required.

Responsibilities

• Handle product transfer and new product set up on the production line.
• Support production by addressing engineering issues on the line.
• Suggest process improvements to enhance quality and yield.
• Examine methods to maximize debug, integration and verification efficiency.
• Perform failure analysis and resolve product-related issues.
• Interact with customers and internal teams on engineering changes and new model development.
• Provide training to debug technicians and work with design to resolve issues.
• Participate in cost-reduction activities in materials, inventory, and scrap.
