Formación

• 3-5 years of experience in Customer Success, Product Adoption, or Account Management.
• Proven track record of increasing product adoption and improving customer satisfaction.
• Hands-on experience with CRM systems and data analysis tools.

Responsabilidades

• Drive customer adoption of SITA solutions ensuring seamless product experiences.
• Develop strategies to drive product usage and customer time-to-value.
• Monitor and analyze key indicators to guide actions.
