Clari + Salesloft is seeking a Principal Software Engineer, AI to lead the design and build-out of our Context Layer, the data platform powering AI agents with high-quality, governed context. You will own knowledge graphs, RAG systems, and access control, collaborating across data engineering and platform teams to deliver scalable, secure AI-driven capabilities.

You will drive architecture, APIs, and SDKs, champion data governance, and help hire and mentor engineers to advance enterprise-grade

Formación

• 12+ years of professional software engineering experience with data-layer or search/retrieval infra.
• Proven experience building knowledge graphs and large-scale retrieval systems in production.
• Deep expertise in RAG architectures, vector databases, and embedding-based retrieval.

Responsabilidades

• Embed with feature teams to define data needs for the context layer.
• Define APIs/SDKs and developer interfaces for the context layer.
• Lead architectural discussions and drive multi-team delivery of the context platform.
• Address governance, security, lineage, and auditability in an AI context.
• Contribute to hiring and onboarding to scale the team.
