JLL seeks a Staff Software Engineer with full-stack and data platform expertise to lead the enterprise data strategy at a global scale. You will consolidate siloed systems into a unified data layer and drive architecture across the organization.

You will mentor teams, align roadmaps with Product and Engineering, and advance AI-enabled capabilities including semantic graphs and intelligent data solutions.

Formación

• 10+ years of experience in data engineering and Big Data development.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure or AWS) and advanced services.
• Expert-level proficiency in Python, Java, and Scala with PySpark/Spark.
• Extensive backend software engineering with Java, Spring Boot and microservices.
• Strong data modeling, architecture skills balancing performance and cost.
• Experience with ML lifecycle, MLOps, governance and model deployment.
• Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL and AI-centric databases including vector and graph databases.

Responsabilidades

• Define enterprise data platform strategy and consolidate global systems into a unified architecture.
• Provide technical leadership across multiple teams, setting standards and best practices.
• Architect advanced data integration and enable AI/ML model building at scale.
• Lead development of full-stack applications bridging structured and unstructured data.
• Design enterprise integration frameworks, APIs, and data governance practices.
• Define ML/AI platform strategy with robust MLOps and governance.
