Clarios is seeking a Knowledge Management Leader to transform the Global Knowledge Base into a data-driven, AI-enabled platform that enhances customer experience and enables regional growth. You will drive strategy, governance, and regional activation while partnering with IT, Marketing, Product, and CX teams.

The role requires 7+ years in consumer data systems, strong leadership, and experience delivering data-driven knowledge products. Travel and global collaboration are expected.

Formación

• BS Degree in Data Management, Digital Strategy, Business, IT, Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years’ experience in consumer data systems and leading teams.
• Experience with AI-driven solutions, analytics, and data ecosystems.
• Ability to communicate clearly at global and regional levels.

Responsabilidades

• Own and evolve the Global Knowledge & Data Strategy as part of the CX Program.
• Lead AI-enabled knowledge platform initiatives (semantic search, content intelligence).
• Establish governance, standards, and operating model for global knowledge management.
• Localization and activation of global assets across regions with measurable value.
• Identify data/knowledge-based products and monetization opportunities for the business.
