Job summary

RELEX Solutions is seeking a Merchandising Consultant with Spanish fluency to lead pricing and promotions engagements for global retail clients. You will guide data validation, configuration, and optimization of RELEX solutions while driving measurable business outcomes.

You’ll support sales through ROI analysis and provide hands-on project management across multiple regions, collaborating with product and engineering teams to align roadmaps with customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead process development workshops and implementation projects, configuring the Pricing and Promotions platform to customer specifications.
• Build, test, and validate platform configurations with customers through User Acceptance Testing.
• Develop analytical queries on large datasets to deliver insights, KPI dashboards, and performance tracking.
• Present findings and strategic recommendations to operational teams and executive leadership.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate customer requirements into development roadmaps, and support sales efforts as a subject matter expert.
• Engage with global teams on international projects, sharing best practices and cross-regional knowledge transfer.
