Job summary

Snatch Up in Mexico City is seeking a Retail Implementation Consultant to lead complex fashion and apparel retail technology deployments across North America. This hands-on individual contributor role is based in Mexico with 30%+ travel to client sites in Mexico and across the region.

You will translate retail requirements into practical solutions with product and technical teams, run workshops with customers, and manage delivery reviews from discovery to go-live.

• Own project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks and issue resolution across several active customer projects.

• Lead customer workshops, executive conversations and delivery reviews with clarity and confidence.
• Support discovery, demonstrations and solution scoping during pre-sales.

What you bring

• Deep, hands‑on experience in fashion and apparel retail, including planning, merchandising, allocation, replenishment or inventory optimisation.
• A record of personally delivering retail technology implementations at customer sites.
• Strong delivery judgment, customer presence and the ability to move complex projects forward without a large team.
• Experience managing competing priorities across multiple projects and ongoing customer relationships.
• Comfort working in a senior individual contributor role and travelling regularly.
