This role blends strategic vision with hands-on execution, governance, auditing, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration with marketing, retail category management, finance, technology, and analytics to deliver the right customer experience.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
• Experience with end to end product delivery.
• Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.
• Experience as a product manager or owner.
• Experience owning technology products.
• Speak, write, and read fluently in English, and have the ability to take direction in English.

Aufgaben

• Design and own the strategic vision for the Pricing program.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to build a roadmap of enhancements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, retail category management, finance, technology, and analytics teams.
• Identify opportunities for improvement or automation in existing strategies or processes and drive development with technical and business partners.
• Craft compelling recommendation docs, launch announcements, senior leadership updates and newsletters.
• Prioritize roadmaps and make trade off decisions in fast-paced changing business environment.
• Build and own mechanisms for business reporting, auditing, and reviews.
• Owning change management processes and communications for effective rollout and updates.
