International Schools Partnership Limited is seeking an engaged early years teacher to foster development through play-based, student-centered instruction in a supportive classroom. You will plan activities, monitor progress, and collaborate with specialists to support each child’s growth.

The role emphasizes safeguarding, inclusive practices, and close communication with families, with opportunities for professional development within a busy international school environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• Teaching certification or pedagogical training is desirable.
• Knowledge of early childhood education programs and methodologies.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, prepare, and deliver age-appropriate learning activities.
• Implement play-based, exploratory, and student-centered teaching strategies.
• Support the development of language, motor, cognitive, and socio-emotional skills.
• Create a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment.
• Observe and monitor students’ overall development and progress.
• Assess students using developmentally appropriate tools and strategies.
• Identify students who may require additional support and collaborate on intervention strategies.
• Promote positive behavior, independence, and social interaction.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and stimulating classroom environment.
• Establish routines and expectations that promote structure and safety.
• Prepare and maintain updated records of lesson planning, student progress, and assessments.
• Collect and organize evidence of student learning in line with guidelines.
• Communicate with parents regarding student development and collaborate with staff.
