Job summary

ISP Preschool Assistant role at International Schools Partnership Limited seeks a caring, organized individual to support the lead teacher in creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom for young children. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in preschool education or equivalent is required.
• TKT training course completed.
• Prior experience with young children is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support Classroom Instruction by implementing daily lesson plans and activities aligned with the preschool curriculum.
• Supervise and engage children during classroom activities, meals, and outdoor play.
• Assist with behavior management to promote positive social and emotional skills.
• Prepare learning materials and displays to support hands-on learning.
• Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment and sanitize toys and surfaces.
• Provide individualized support to children who need extra help.
• Observe and report development and behavioral progress to the lead teacher.
• Support routines and transitions to foster independence.
• Encourage respectful, inclusive interactions and collaborate with staff.
