International Schools Partnership Limited (ISP) is seeking an Elementary Teacher Assistant to support the teacher in delivering safe, engaging lessons for young learners. You will assist with daily activities, supervise students, and support diverse needs while promoting wellbeing and inclusive practices.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree, TKT training, and experience with early childhood education.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree required; teaching certification preferred.
• TKT Training Course completed.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background checks and safeguarding requirements completed.
• Experience in early childhood education advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Assist classroom teacher with daily lessons, activities, and learning materials.
• Provide individual or small-group support to students needing extra help.
• Help students develop positive social, communication, and classroom behaviors.
• Supervise students during classroom activities, recess, lunch, transitions, and other school events.
• Support routines and personal needs of students as appropriate.
• Prepare, organize, and maintain classroom materials and resources.
• Encourage student participation, confidence, independence, and positive behavior.
• Monitor progress and communicate observations to the teacher.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment.
• Work cooperatively with teachers, staff, families, and other school professionals.
• Follow school policies and safeguarding requirements.
• Provide additional support for students with diverse learning needs.
