International Schools Partnership Limited seeks a Head of Primary to plan, deliver and assess high-quality learning experiences for students. The role focuses on academic leadership, safeguarding, and promoting inclusive teaching practices within an international school environment.

The Head will lead the Primary team, oversee curriculum implementation, coordinate staff development, and ensure positive learner outcomes aligned with ISP values.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Primary Education or related field.
• Valid teaching certification or license as required by local regulations.
• Experience in bilingual or international schools is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Academic and Pedagogical Leadership: design and oversee the Primary academic program.
• Ensure delivery of curriculum and effective pedagogical methods.
• Promote innovative, student-centered teaching practices.
• Analyze results and establish continuous improvement plans.
• Lead recruitment and induction of teaching staff.
• Oversee students' academic, social, and emotional progress.
• Coordinate communication with parents and guardians.
• Prepare academic reports and manage timetables and assessments.
