• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• Teaching certification or pedagogical training desirable.
• Knowledge of early childhood education programmes and methodologies.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, prepare, and deliver age-appropriate learning activities.
• Implement play-based, exploratory, and student-centered teaching strategies.
• Support development of language, motor, cognitive, and socio-emotional skills.
• Create a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment.
• Observe and monitor students’ development and progress.
• Assess students using developmentally appropriate tools and strategies.
• Identify students who may require additional support and collaborate on intervention strategies.
• Promote positive behavior, independence, and social interaction.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and stimulating classroom environment.
• Establish routines and expectations that promote structure and safety.
• Ensure proper organization and maintenance of academic documentation and records.
• Maintain clear, respectful communication with parents and collaborate with staff.
• Participate in meetings, trainings, and institutional activities.
• Follow safeguarding, health, and safety policies and report concerns promptly.
