International Schools Partnership Limited is hiring a Preschool Teacher Assistant to support the lead teacher in delivering a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment for young children. You will assist with lesson plans, materials, and daily routines to promote social, emotional, and cognitive development.

Collaborating with teaching staff, you will supervise children, help manage behavior, and prepare engaging activities in line with ISP curriculum.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree Lic. Educación Preescolar or equivalent (required).
• TKT Training Course
• Prior experience working with young children in an educational or care setting (preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Assist the lead teacher in implementing daily lesson plans, learning activities, and educational games that align with the preschool curriculum.
• Monitor children during classroom activities, playtime, meals, and outdoor play to ensure safety and promote positive behavior.
• Reinforce classroom rules and help guide children in developing appropriate social and emotional skills.
• Help set up and organize classroom materials, resources, and displays to support hands-on learning and creativity.
• Ensure classroom spaces are clean, organized, and free from hazards; assist with sanitizing toys, surfaces, and equipment.
• Offer one-on-one or small group assistance to children who need extra help with activities or emotional support.
• Observe children's development and behavior; communicate concerns or notable progress to the lead teacher.
• Help children with daily routines such as arrivals, departures, toileting, meals, and rest time, fostering independence and consistency.
• Model respectful, inclusive, and cooperative behavior to promote a positive classroom culture.
• Work closely with the lead teacher and other staff to ensure consistency in teaching practices and child care.
