Job summary

Moët Hennessy México is seeking a Sr. Wine Ambassador with deep experience in premium wines to drive education, visibility, desirability, and commercial performance of the wine portfolio.

The role leads annual education plans, delivers trainings, masterclasses, and tastings, and builds strong relationships with sommeliers, chefs, and key opinion leaders. Collaboration with Commercial and Marketing supports key accounts and new openings.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in premium wines.
• Knowledge of On Trade, Off Trade, and Luxury channels.
• Excellent communication skills; willingness to travel.
• Advanced English required.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement the annual education, advocacy, and training plan for the wine portfolio.
• Deliver trainings, masterclasses, and tastings to internal teams, customers, and key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to ensure consistent brand execution.
• Represent the brands at premium events and experiences.
• Build strong relationships with sommeliers, chefs, and opinion leaders.
• Identify business opportunities and market trends; monitor KPIs for training and advocacy.
