Maguey Exchange, Inc. is building its first sales team in Mexico City. We are looking for enthusiastic people to learn the drinks industry, present our portfolio to restaurants and bars, and open accounts.

No prior sales or industry experience required; training provided. You’ll visit venues across CDMX, run tastings, and use social media to uncover opportunities. This is a part-time, field-based role with earnings tied to results.

Qualifications

• You're hungry to learn and want to grow fast
• You enjoy talking to new people and aren't afraid of hearing “no”
• You're charismatic, easy to be around, and good at reading people
• You're consistent: you follow up and do what you say
• You're comfortable with social media and digital tools
• You're interested in spirits, wine, and hospitality
• You live in CDMX and can move around the city
• You're of legal drinking age
• You're available for some afternoons, evenings, or events

Responsibilities

• Visit restaurants, bars, hotels and shops in CDMX to present MGx brands
• Run tastings and support events and activations
• Reach prospects via Instagram, WhatsApp, calls, and email
• Follow up with each client until the order closes, then secure the reorder
• Log your visits and follow-ups in our CRM (HubSpot)
• Share what you see in the market: what clients ask for, what competitors do
• Contribute content and marketing ideas for the brands
