Voyagu, Inc. in Mexico City is seeking a Travel Sales Specialist (English) to guide premium U.S. clients from the initial inquiry to a confirmed booking and ongoing support.

You will qualify requests, understand client needs, recommend travel options, and close deals while building long-term relationships within a collaborative team.

The role offers strong growth, two weeks onboarding, ongoing coaching, generous PTO and remote-days, plus a modern office in Mexico City.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or other client-facing roles.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Drive for professional and financial growth.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Experience with U.S. or international clients is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Qualify incoming requests and turn them into business opportunities.
• Understand each client’s needs and recommend the best travel options.
• Close deals and build long-term client relationships.
• Provide responsive support before and during travel.
• Work toward sales targets in a team of 4-6, supported by a Team Lead.
