Develop and execute strategic plan to provide support and continuously improve knowledge, skills and the learning environment in a mid-size, high mix, multinational engineering, and manufacturing organization.Authority: Consult FMI-143 for individual Standard Operation Procedures related to authorities/responsibilities on Management System.Principal Responsibilities:• Release and distribute the new versions of the internal documentation based on EDR and ECN processes.• Control the documented information of external origin. • Provide support to Corporate to data entry on the item master.• Create and update the part numbers of consignable tools and measuring equipment.• Resolve the corrective and preventive actions assigned to department.• Perform the internal audits based on ISO 9001 standard and QMS of Spellman Mexico Operations.• Determine key process indicators to measure and monitoring the performance of Document Control departmental activities.• Develop and provide training related to Document Control.• Maintain the Document Control departmental procedures and documentation updated. • Implement and enforce the controls to identify, storage, protect, maintain, and give disposition Document Control departmental records.• Including all the activities inherent to position.
