OmniOn Power Inc. in Matamoros, Tamaulipas, is seeking a Time & Attendance Specialist to manage the pre-payroll process and support departments for accurate payroll data.

You will handle data entry in the T&A system, collect official documents (INFONAVIT, FONACOT, IMSS), and assist supervisors with payroll queries, while maintaining a digital archive and ensuring timely weekly headcount reports.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
• 2 years’ experience in payroll processing.
• Knowledge in Mexican laws (LFT, LISR, LIMSS).
• Bilingual.
• Analysis and working under pressure capability.
• Good communications skills.
• Focused on teamwork.

Mansioni

• Data entry on T&A system.
• Receive official documents such as INFONAVIT, FONACOT, IMSS.
• Provide support to supervisors for payroll questions or clarifications.
• Realize the weekly HC and share it with authorized employees.
• Maintain a complete and updated digital archive from food coupons paid.
• Create weekly the digital archive of all incidents for internal control.
• Maintain updated the T&A system.
• Resolve employee concerns regarding time worked.
