Job summary

OmniOn Power Inc. is seeking a Time & Attendance Specialist to manage the pre-payroll process and ensure accurate payroll at the Matamoros site. You will handle data entry, collect documentos, and support supervisors on payroll matters.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in accounting, 2 years payroll experience, and bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English. On-site position with a structured internal control process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting is required.
• 2 years’ payroll processing experience.
• Knowledge of Mexican payroll laws (LFT, LISR, LIMSS).
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Strong analytical and pressure-handling capabilities.
• Good communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Data entry on Time & Attendance system.
• Receive official documents such as INFONAVIT, FONACOT, IMSS.
• Provide support to supervisors on pre-payroll issues.
• Prepare weekly headcount and share with authorized employees.
• Maintain digital archive for food coupons paid.
• Create weekly digital archive of incidents for internal control.
• Keep T&A system updated.
• Respond to employee inquiries about time worked.
