Job summary

OmniOn Power Inc. is seeking a Time & Attendance Specialist in Matamoros, MX to manage the pre-payroll process and support departments ensuring timely and accurate payroll.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting, 2 years payroll experience, knowledge of Mexican labor and tax laws, and bilingual communication skills. The incumbent will maintain T&A systems and assist supervisors with payroll questions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting is required.
• 2 years’ experience in payroll processing is required.
• Knowledge of Mexican laws (LFT, LISR, LIMSS) is required.
• Bilingual ability is required.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Good communication skills and teamwork are essential.

Responsibilities

• Data entry on the T&A system.
• Receive documents like INFONAVIT, FONACOT, IMSS.
• Provide support to supervisors for payroll-related issues.
• Prepare weekly headcount (HC) and share with authorized employees.
• Maintain digital archives for food coupons and incidents.
• Update the T&A system and resolve employee time questions.
