Blacksmith Agency is a remote, AI‑driven digital agency seeking a PPC Manager for Senior Living. You will own paid media strategy and execution across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads for a book of senior living clients, guiding budget calls, roadmaps, and client narratives.

You will craft the 90‑day plans, test and optimize campaigns, and drive account growth through retention, upsell, and long‑term client relationships. Strong US English on live calls is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands‑on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A track record of improving ROAS, CPA or pipeline metrics you can share.
• Agency experience managing multiple clients simultaneously.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media for senior living clients across Google, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads.
• Handle budget allocation, bidding, targeting and testing; know when to kill a campaign.
• Set up conversion tracking with GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• Lead 90‑day and quarterly roadmaps; narrate numbers on calls.

About The Role

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As PPC Manager, Senior Living you own paid media for a book of senior living clients (senior living operators and home care agencies with many communities): the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring
