Job summary

Blacksmith Agency LLC is seeking a Paid Media Manager, Senior Living to own paid media for a book of senior living clients. You will lead targeting, budgeting, and storytelling on strategy calls, acting as the primary strategic voice for clients.

You will manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, optimize ROAS and CPA, and collaborate with an AI-first digital agency team to drive long-term client success.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: built, run and optimized campaigns.
• Track record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline metrics.
• Agency experience across several clients simultaneously.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Experience with senior living or multi-location businesses is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads.
• Handle budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing.
• Ensure accurate conversion tracking with GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and communicate numbers.
• Grow accounts through retention, upsell, and long-term relationships.

As Paid Media Manager, Senior Living you own paid media for a book of senior living clients (senior living operators and home care agencies with many communities): the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring
