Blacksmith Agency is a remote-capable digital agency seeking a PPC Manager for Senior Living clients. You own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, shaping the strategy, budgets, and narrative when clients ask why.

You will drive the 90-day roadmap, conduct testing, and ensure accurate attribution with GA4 and tag manager. English communication with US clients on live calls is required. Prior agency experience across multiple clients is a strong plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Paid media for senior living or similar multi-location businesses is a strong plus.

Responsabilités

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.
