Job summary

GE Vernova is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Engineer to lead multi‑project execution in a power engineering environment. You will coordinate a cross‑functional team, align schedules and budgets, and ensure compliance with ISO procedures while integrating customer requirements into the project plan.

The role requires strong English communication, Lean mindset, and willingness to travel. Master’s degree is preferred and extensive rotating equipment knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 8+ years of power plant engineering experience.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
• Proficient with P6, Documentum and PDMS tool suite.

Responsibilities

• Own the execution of projects from proposal preparation to GE contractual obligations.
• Lead a cross-functional engineering team and drive ITO+OTR processes.
• Develop and monitor project schedules and budgets.
• Manage risk assessment and mitigation for technical aspects.
• Coordinate with customers, vendors and internal design functions.
• Ensure quality procedures and Lean principles are applied.
