Job summary

GE Vernova seeks a Lead Gas Turbine Project Engineer to provide technical project management and direction across all gas turbine projects. You will coordinate engineering activities, liaise with customers, EPCs, and internal teams to ensure contractual compliance and drive continuous improvement.

You will lead technical guidance, CKOMs/DLMs, contract reviews, and Change Management processes, while overseeing budgets and EACs, with travel ~10% and a focus on mitigating risks and delivering

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or high school diploma with relevant experience.
• Minimum 3 years in Project/Design/Field Engineering related toGas Turbines or similar tech.

Responsibilities

• Act as single point of contact for customer inquiries, change requests, and communications.
• Provide technical guidance to PM and Applications/Regional Customer Engineering.
• Lead CKOMs/DLMs with customers and EPCs.
• Review contracts and communicate project requirements to design functions.
• Assess impacts of scope changes via CCEs and Change Orders.
• Support resolution of cross-functional design complexities and schedule risks.
• Maintain engineering budget and provide quarterly EACs to Finance.
• Support engineering, manufacturing, sourcing, and installation personnel.
• Present resolutions to upper management and create action plans for risks.
