As the Lead Technical Proposal Engineer, you will serve as the technological point person for the entire Inquiry-to-Order (ITO) phase. You are the architect of our winning bids, translating complex client requirements into competitive, high-margin, and technically superior EPC (Engineer, Procure, & Construct) solutions. In this role, you won’t just write proposals—you will define the infrastructure of the future, working on high-impact projects ranging from conventional utility substations to advanced renewable grid integrations, FACTS, and HVDC segments.
